Dragon Brand Superior Jin Si Guan Yan Bird's Nest with Rock Sugar is prepared using quality Bird's Nest and refined rock sugar. Our specially developed manufacturing process, which is HACCP certified, is safe and hygienic. The product is vacuum-sealed in a glass bottle and put through an advanced process for sterilisation entirely by heat, without any artificial preservatives, colouring, or flavouring.

All products are manufactured based on demand. You can expect a shelf life of at least 1.5years from your order date.
Please take note: Orders will be packed and shipment will be requested within 2 working days by our warehouse team. Our operating hours are from Mondays to Fridays, 9.15 am - 6 pm and we are closed every weekend and public holidays.
Uparcel will be picking up the items and deliver it base on their delivery schedule. Please notify us if you have not received your items after 5 working days and we will contact Uparcel on the delivery status. Thank you.
Return/Refund
We seek for your kind understanding that should you have a change of mind after the order has been confirmed, returns/refunds will not be accepted. You may still be able to cancel if we have not confirmed your order.
You may request for a return and refund of your order for one or more of the following reasons:
- Incorrect product delivered (e.g., product delivered is not what you ordered).
